Where we start
A complete interior project connects design decisions with delivery. Layout, materials and furniture are developed together, with a clearly defined scope.
Scope of work
- Concept and interior design
- Materials, finishes and furnishing specifications
- Bespoke furniture and joinery development
- Coordination of manufacture and installation
Suitable for
- Businesses and project managers
- Homeowners and commercial clients
- Hotels and developers
- Architects and interior designers
Agree the scope first
We begin with how the space will be used, what will remain and the extent of the work. This informs the layout, design direction and furnishing needs.
A complete interior project does not automatically include all building work or technical installations. The proposal identifies iLVOE’s scope and the work handled by other professionals.
From plans to materials and furniture
We relate the design to actual dimensions, use and budget. Finishes, furniture and joinery are considered together.
Selected products can be combined with bespoke pieces. Plans, references and samples are used as needed to review decisions with the client and the architectural team before delivery.
Manufacture and installation
We develop the project and coordinate manufacture and installation. Timing is agreed according to the pieces, materials and site access.
We can join a project that is already underway. Send its current stage, plans or photographs, timing and an indicative budget so we can establish the next step.
Making decisions usable by the delivery team
A design decision needs enough definition for the people manufacturing and installing it. Dimensions, samples and junction details should be considered together, so potential conflicts can be discussed while they can still be resolved on the plan.
We work with owners, businesses, architects and interior designers. When several teams are involved, it helps to agree who approves materials, how pieces are signed off and which information must be ready before each stage. This keeps responsibilities visible throughout the process.
A budget that supports decisions
The level of intervention needs to match the available budget. Separating retained furniture, selected products and bespoke manufacture helps compare options on the same scope and understand which choices affect cost or timing.
Saloni, Clara Home and the textile and wallcovering brands in our selection may be incorporated where appropriate. Each reference, material and finish is confirmed for the proposal. Quantities, supply conditions, access and readiness of the property all contribute to the agreed programme.

Questions about the service
What does a complete project include?
It can include interior design, materials, furnishing, bespoke furniture and joinery, manufacture and installation. The proposal defines the exact scope and other professionals’ responsibilities.
Can you work from an existing design?
Yes. We review the documentation and agree whether our role covers technical development, manufacture, furnishing or installation.
How is the budget assessed?
It depends on the areas involved, design development, materials and the agreed work. Plans, references and timing help us prepare a relevant proposal.
Can existing furniture be retained?
Yes. Identify the pieces at the outset and provide dimensions and photographs. The design can incorporate them and distinguish items to replace, adapt or manufacture.
Does everything need to be commissioned at once?
The proposal defines the scope and phases. It should state the contents of each item, pending decisions and the conditions for moving from design to manufacture and installation.
