Where we start
A hotel needs to work as well as it looks. We design its interiors around the guest experience, the daily work of the team and maintenance requirements.
Scope of work
- Guest rooms, suites and shared spaces
- Contract and bespoke furniture
- Joinery, textiles and wallcoverings
- Fit-out planning and installation
Suitable for
- Hotel owners and project managers
- Architects and interior designers
- Developers and hospitality teams
- Restaurants and professional spaces
One direction, different spaces
Guest rooms need room for luggage, rest and cleaning. Receptions and shared spaces have different circulation and levels of use. We start with those needs before choosing a finish or a piece of furniture.
iLVOE develops hotel interiors from the concept through to furnishing, coordinating furniture, joinery, fabrics and wallcoverings.
Furniture developed for the brief
We combine selected brands with bespoke hotel furniture, including headboards, desks, benches and wardrobes. Dimensions, materials and finishes are defined before manufacture.
Choices are reviewed against use and maintenance. Where specific performance is required, including fire behaviour, the documentation is checked for each product.
Planning around the hotel
An opening, a phased refurbishment and work in an operating hotel require different schedules. We agree the scope and coordinate design, manufacture and installation with the project team.
Send the available plans, the areas and number of rooms involved, an indicative budget and your target date. We can also work from an existing architect’s or designer’s specification.
Decisions before ordering hotel furniture
A furniture list does not explain how a room should work. Luggage space, wardrobe access and circulation affect the layout. Shared spaces require a clear understanding of the activity and number of users before quantities are set.
Bespoke hotel furniture in Mallorca can involve repeated pieces as well as variants for different room layouts. The proposal should distinguish these types and the individual pieces, allowing quantities and budget to be reviewed together. A change to one recurring item can affect many rooms.
Samples and project coordination
Architectural plans, joinery details and fabrics need to be read together. Before manufacture, agree who confirms dimensions, which samples require approval and how changes are documented. These decisions can affect several items and their timing.
Selected brands such as Saloni, Élitis, Coordonné, Casamance and Camengo can complement project-specific furniture. Their conditions and references are confirmed separately. Website reference interiors illustrate materials and ideas; they are not evidence of a hotel delivered by iLVOE.

Questions about the service
Can you work with our architect or interior designer?
Yes. We can develop the interior design or focus on manufacture and furnishing from an existing project. We agree responsibilities and documentation at the outset.
Do you manufacture bespoke hotel furniture?
Yes. We study each piece against the plans, quantities and intended use. Dimensions, finishes and lead times are agreed in the proposal before manufacture.
What should I send for a hotel refurbishment enquiry?
Plans or measurements, the areas involved, quantities and a target date. An indicative budget, visual references and maintenance requirements are also useful. Plans can be attached to the form.
Can you work on one area of a hotel?
Yes. The scope may cover rooms, reception, dining or another area. We agree its relationship with the spaces being retained.
Is there a standard hotel delivery schedule?
No. Design development, materials, quantities and site conditions determine timing. Milestones and dates should be agreed from those project details rather than assumed in advance.
